Bridal Gowns!

Playing dress-up has always been a part of my life...from wearing mom's too big highheels as a little girl to putting on fun jewelry and frilly dresses for a night out with the girls as an adult. BUT, none of these moments will ever be quite like the day a girl finds her wedding gown. I found this photo on pinterest and it made me smile...I love all the colors and textures of these different gowns. There are so many unique styles, colors and fabrics used in bridal and these unique dress details can really play a part in the whole wedding theme. So ladies, take your time in finding your special dress and enjoy every momment, because it's the ultimate time to play dress-up!

Succulent Favors

Loving the succulent gift favors for guests to take home...such a cute gesture! Also a huge fan of the painted window. I have been painting and collecting antique windows for years now. Think my boyfriend would be okay if I didn't bring home anymore old barn or antique windows to add to the ever growing supply. The older the better in my book, adding to the teture and history of the window. For any of you brides on pinterest...please check out my page. I have mucho' boards and pins dedicated to weddings. Since I have an obssesion with all things wedding you can find ideas of everything from~ gowns, rings, deserts, decor...and FLOWERS! This picture was found on Pinterest. Happy Pinning and Happy Planning!

Floral Details

Personal touches and unique elements always make a big statement. Feathers were an added element that gave a touch of glam and created movement in the bridal bouquet. Boutonnieres stayed simple and classic. The "Green Trick" dianthus flowers {they look like a moss ball} were added to bouquets to carry the look of moss throughout the floral work.

Reception Decor

Centerpieces of baby's breath, moss and freesia don't compete with this luxurious interior. Organic, elegant and classy. Cupcakes have really become popular for those cake-free couples. I love the smiles on their faces in that photo. Pure joy!

Wedding Elegance

Playing a small part in this amazing wedding was an honor. Getting to know Nicole and Ibraheem was such a pleasure and seeing their big day come together, simply magic. The Carlson Towers in Minnesota played as the venue for both ceremony and reception...a breathtaking space. With such a grand space, colors were kept clean and classy, white and green with a touch of purple. More pictures to come! Best Wishes to you both!

Spring Blooms

With spring coming to an end and summer on it's way I thought I would share this bright and sunny spring mix. This bouquet highlights the tulips so they have been designed to be noticed. These are a sustainably grown tulip, so their quality is amazing. I can also order bulb on tulips as a wonderful centerpiece option...guests could take them home and plant them in their garden. You can also reach Jennifer on Facebook at Jennifer Joyce Design. Happy Planning!

Heather & Mike

Summer elegance, this wedding was romantic and beautiful. Classic roses are modernized in a more monochromatic feel with unique varieties like "Amnesia " more of a gray, lavender rose. The beaded accents give texture and play up the bridal bouquet and grooms boutonniere. This bouquet was designed in a bouquet holder, but looks like a true-handtied bouquet with all the stems attached. Bouquet holders allow your flowers to always stay hydrated in a water source, nice option for a summer wedding.

Fabric Flower Headband

About a year ago I started working on a fabric flower accessory line. These are a few examples of the headbands from the debut collection. Tulle, chiffon, taffeta, and organza were the types of fabrics used to create the flowers in a wide variety of colors. Bright, playful and fun, perfect for that little something special. This type of flower is based on a dahlia and can be made in multiple sizes and in all types of fabrics. These accessories can be made custom and are also being sold at La dee dah, a gift boutique located in downtown Menomonie, WI. More collections are soon to come along with a bridal line of wedding accessories.

Gerbera Daisy Bouquet

Cheerful, bold and bright are a few reasons why these flowers are so popular. They make you smile! This summer wedding was all about color, making gerbera daises a perfect floral choice. These being the brides favorite flower we went with a simple true hand tied bouquet of bright colored gerbs that complimented her attendants dress colors. Bear grass loops give a modern touch, add contrast and create a linear texture. Pure joy!
