Summer...
Summer...were did you go???!!! If you can't tell, I'm still in shock that fall is in full swing. I really was not ready for the season change this year. On the happy flip-side, my summer was filled with numerous weddings loaded with beautiful unique blooms, travels to stunning wedding venues and endless love from all the newly married couples! Highlighted below are a few of my very favorite moments from this past summer. More detailed blog posts to come!
Thank you to all these photographers for their picture perfect images.

Spring~
Spring blooms in so many ways...after the long winter this year I am very eager for Spring! Budding branches that bust with color, fresh scents of moss and crisp moisture and "Ahhhh"...the warmth of sun on my face. I don't know about you, but this year I am taking it all in on so many levels. Here in the studio it feels good to get organized and tackle some much needed Spring cleaning along with dedicated art time to recreate and get the creative juices flowering...{hahaha} I mean flowing!
Enjoy these recent Pinterest finds...that elude to all that is blooming with SPRING!

Enchanted Wedding
Megan and Adam...it was such a pleasure working with you both, your love for each other is so strong and overflowing. Seeing the happiness from you both along with all your family and friends, was contagious! This is just a peek of your day, there were so many personal details that you had throughout The Enchanted Barn for all your guests, just too many to note. Thank you to Shelley Paulson Photography for capturing every magical moment. It was a joy for me that Megan was completely open to the unique world of flowers, we played with texture and exotic blooms in this pink to white ombre palette. xo

Textural & Timeless
For a florist you can't top getting married in a botanical gardens. Jayme and Jake choose the Green Bay Botanical Gardens for their ceremony site and it was simply, stunning! Lush, green, and full of romance. A mixture of unique and classic blooms made up the bridal bouquet with added textural elements like feathers for a bit of Old Hollywood glam. It can't get any cuter with flowers girls carrying bouquets of baby's breath, simple and cost effective. Another amazing wedding that Jennifer Joyce Design was thrilled to be a part of. Photography thanks to PeoplePaperPrints.

Floral Details
Personal touches and unique elements always make a big statement. Feathers were an added element that gave a touch of glam and created movement in the bridal bouquet. Boutonnieres stayed simple and classic. The "Green Trick" dianthus flowers {they look like a moss ball} were added to bouquets to carry the look of moss throughout the floral work.

Heather & Mike
Summer elegance, this wedding was romantic and beautiful. Classic roses are modernized in a more monochromatic feel with unique varieties like "Amnesia " more of a gray, lavender rose. The beaded accents give texture and play up the bridal bouquet and grooms boutonniere. This bouquet was designed in a bouquet holder, but looks like a true-handtied bouquet with all the stems attached. Bouquet holders allow your flowers to always stay hydrated in a water source, nice option for a summer wedding.
